WKRP aired on CBS from 1978 until 1982. The show follows the staff of a struggling radio station in Cincinnati. The new director of programming, Andy Travis, tries to turn the struggling station around by changing the music from easy listening to rock and roll. Most of the staff are incompetent which makes turning around the station even harder. The show is filled with plenty of laughs. Most of the laughs are supplied by the quirks and different interactions of the staff.
